We also discussed Truth in Sentencing in light of Jack Sterling of Home Gold infamy and his parole after just 1 year in jail

and possible changes to the SNAP program that would change what food can be purchased with an EBT card.

Starting right here in Greenville, we highlighted the Food Truck Revolution rally held at the Owl this past Wednesday

Then we headed to the Coast and looked at tomorrow’s Primary for the US House District 1, Sen. Tim Scott’s old seat, focusing on the Republican frontrunner,
our former governor as he tries to make his comeback from disgrace.

Columbia was our next stop, as we looked at how productive the SC Senate has been. We also spent some time looking at the battle to expand Medicaid under the Affordable Care Act here is SC, as well as the GOP’s alternative “solutions.”

Finally, we spent time in Washington with the efforts at repealing or defunding Obamacare.
